ECE 22.06 certified, it combines a multi‑composite carbon shell, 4‑density EPS, and MIPS for impact and rotational control, and exceeds the peak rotational requirement by 76%, with 28 vents and the A‑Head system optimizing airflow and fit. Lightweight profile and collarbone‑relief chin bar reduce fatigue and impact risk for confident comfort.

Key Features

  • Shell sizing solution: four dedicated shell sizes with six fit sizes (XS–XXL) deliver a more anatomical fit that enhances comfort, reduces weight, and optimizes impact performance.
  • Chin bar profile: a raised collarbone relief with a flexible lower edge increases clearance at the clavicle for freer movement and comfort.
  • A‑Head fitment system: patented angle and height adjustment lets you fine‑tune helmet position for stability and goggle interface.
  • Ventilation system: 28 high‑flow ports (18 intake, 10 exhaust) maximize cooling and moisture management during intense motos.
  • Emergency removal: integrated Eject Helmet Removal System enables safer, easier extraction by first responders.
  • Lightweight construction: approx. 1260–1370 g (size M configurations) helps reduce neck fatigue over long rides.

Protection

  • The S-M10 is available in 2 versions: ECE R 22.06 and ECE R 22.06/DOT.
  • For rotational acceleration and oblique impact performance, the S-M10 exceeds the ECE 22.06 Peak Rotational Acceleration standard by 76%.
  • Removable side pads made from a semi-soft polymer increase contact area to help disperse impact energy.
  • MIPS Multi-directional Impact Protection System.

Construction

  • Shell lay-up uses multi-composite molding: a 3K Carbon high-density outer layer, a uni-directional carbon composite layer for radial strength, and an aramid fiber layer for penetration resistance, all bonded with epoxy resin for structural integrity.
